Who doesn’t want a body like Nina’s? The soon-to-be 22-year-old NINA DOBREV reveals her secret how to maintain a healthy body.

“I change up my fitness routine every so often, but yoga is the one thing that stays consistent. I do yoga two to three times a week, and it’s hot yoga. I don’t want to bulk up,” she said. “I like to keep it all lean.”

“I love yoga because it’s very calming for your body and your spirit.”

“It gives you that meditative state and it’s 90 minutes where you can get away from the world and just be, and exist in the moment. I need yoga.”
